• Any disputes must be resolved directly between the guest and the hotel.

DialAHotel, its owners, and team members shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of this website. By using this platform, you agree not to hold DialAHotel legally responsible for disputes between hotels and guests.

5. User-Generated Content

Reviews, comments, and ratings posted by users must be genuine and respectful. DialAHotel reserves the right to remove any content that appears fake, offensive, or misleading.
